The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day support of students and teachers. Working across a variety of subjects and year groups, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis

Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons

*

Helping to manage classroom behaviour and engagement

*

Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress

*

Offering pastoral support where needed
