Job Role: Recruitment Consultant

Reports to: Area Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Location: Hull

Introduction & Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a On-Site Recruitment Consultant looking to take their next step and join the team at Challenge trg Group. Challenge trg Group is a privately owned specialist logistics UK company that has a portfolio of complementary businesses.

It will be your responsibility to manage the complete candidate experience from registration right through to shift allocation, making sure we retain our quality staff. Above all, you'll need to make sure the client's needs are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Day to day management of the clients driver requirements
• Day to day management of a live candidate pool with numbers
• Achieve and increase performance across targeted KPI's
• Excellent commercial understanding managing the client and temporary workforce in line with the company budget
• Adhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations both in the recruitment sector and driver working time directive
• Initial contract to be Monday to Friday 8:00-5:00pm with flexibility on working hours to support the business needs

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience on managing a recruitment desk with large blue-chip clients (ideal but not essential)
• Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
• Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships
• Able to work in a high-pressured environment
• True desire to be developed and offer growth within the company
