Two National Surveyor Roles - Fire Door & Passive Fire Protection

Our client, a respected leader in fire door and passive fire protection compliance, is expanding their national team for 2025. With projects covering residential, healthcare, commercial, and industrial sites across the UK, they are looking to recruit for two positions:

1. Experienced Fire Door & Fire Stopping Surveyor

Rate: £250 per day
Location: Nationwide (travel & accommodation provided)

Key Details:

*

Conduct inspections of fire doors and passive fire protection systems

*

Produce detailed, accurate survey reports

*

Work on a variety of property types across the UK

*

Fuel card, hotel accommodation, and expenses fully covered

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in fire door and/or passive fire protection inspections

*

Strong understanding of compliance requirements

*

Excellent reporting and communication skills

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable: FDIS, ASFP, IFC, or similar qualifications

2. Junior Surveyor - Training to Full Surveyor Provided

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Location: Nationwide (travel & accommodation provided)

Key Details:

Must have some experience in either fire doors or passive fire protection

*

Full training provided to progress into a specialist surveyor role

*

Company car, fuel card, hotel accommodation, and expenses covered

*

Conduct site surveys nationwide with full support from the senior team

Requirements:

*

Experience in fire doors or passive fire protection (not necessarily both)

*

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Flexibility to travel and stay away when required
