Hybrid Role, twice a week

Salary up to £35,000 dependent upon experience

Role

My client is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join their team in Dudley. You must have demonstratable experience working in a compliance or conduct role with good knowledge of FCA Rules and Regulations. The successful candidate will have the ability to innovate and improve working processes and able to build successful relationships with all stakeholders.

Demonstrate the ability to conduct Quality Assurance audits within other departments to assess service quality and adherence to internal processes.

Key Skills and responsibilities

* Experienced in the use of all Microsoft Office applications to an intermediate level.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate at all levels.

* Demonstratable experience working in a compliance or conduct role.

* Analyse the compliance standards being achieved by conducting Quality Assurance Audits and provide ongoing assurance of adherence to regulatory requirements.

* A proactive 'can do' and flexible attitude. Be able to recognise priorities a short notice.
