We're on the lookout for a skilled Multi Trader to join our growing team, working in occupied social housing across East London. If you thrive in a hands-on role where no two days are the same, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

You'll be making a real difference in people's homes - delivering high-quality work while enjoying the variety and independence that comes with a dynamic, field-based role.

This position covers areas including Hackney, Haringey, Enfield and Waltham Forest, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling across East London.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out a wide range of trade tasks across multiple properties

Delivering safe, efficient, and high-standard repairs and maintenance

Managing your own workload while working alongside a supportive team

Maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach in occupied homes

What were looking for:

Solid experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar maintenance/repairs role

A reliable, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail

Confidence working across multiple trades

Strong time management and problem-solving skills

A willingness to travel across East London £38,000 salary
