About the Role:
You'll deputise for the Advocacy Manager, supporting the management of caseworkers and frontline staff, ensuring the smooth delivery and ongoing development of the service.

What You'll Need:

Experience managing frontline teams and handling complex cases

A strong background in service development and evaluation

Skills in meeting targets, data reporting, and monitoring

A commitment to supporting vulnerable people and maintaining their safety

A current DBS or willingness to complete one
