Finance Systems Manager (D365 Business Central) | London | Hybrid | £75,000-£95,000 + £5,000 travel allowance

Our client is scaling fast and aiming for top-tier status in their sector! They've already implemented Dynamics 365 Business Central and are now on the lookout for a Finance Systems Manager.

The Role:

Take ownership of maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the company's finance systems, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Jet Reports, Datascope (time recording), and Continia (invoice capture software).

Work closely with the CFO to drive growth and change initiatives

Manage one direct report

This role is hands-on but non-technical. It would be the perfect fit for someone who knows BC inside-out and is passionate about driving business transformation.

Requirements:

Expertise in NAV/Business Central (BC is essential)

Finance qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, etc.)

Strong Excel skills

Understanding of financial reporting

Strong communication skills

Experience in leading business change

Willingness to work onsite in London 3 days a week - this is not negotiable
