Job Description

  • Main phone operator
  • Front desk greeter
  • Accounting Department Scanning
  • Reconciling vendor statements
  • Invoicing
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an office environment
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in clerical administration which includes experience in phone etiquette
  • One year Customer Service Experience
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Proficient in MS office
