What you'll be doing:

• Assisting teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons

• Supporting children one-to-one and in small groups

• Helping pupils with literacy, numeracy and other core skills

• Providing encouragement and emotional support to boost confidence

• Promoting a safe, inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere

What you'll need to work through Tradewind Education:

• A passion for helping children learn and develop

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Right to work in the UK

• Professional references covering at least the last 2 years
