Our client, a provider of heat treatment and thermal processing are recruiting for GENERAL OPERATIVE'S to join their growing team in Hereford.

*Production experience required*

Duties Include:

• Machine setting and operation
• Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment
• Supporting preventative maintenance activities
• Ensuring site is kept secure at all times
• Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance
• Relaying to management of any problems or opportunities as they arise

Shifts:

• 3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging at 39 hours per week.
• Days 7am-7pm (Monday to Friday)
• Nights 7pm-7am (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate:

• £13.00 - £13.81 per hour (dependant upon experience)
• £19.50 - £20.72 per hour for any overtime hours over standard weekly shift
