Location - Gowerton, Swansea 
Salary - £10.65 to £11.59 an hour 

Full Time 40.25 hours per week and Part Time 23 hours per week

Much of your role will be spent supporting autistic adults with day-to-day tasks, enabling them the opportunity to live as independent and fulfilling life as possible.

A day in the life of a Support Worker with Orbis Education and Care Involves: 
Providing tailored support to the autistic adults using our services. 
Assisting our Supported Individuals with day to day tasks and decision making. 
Promoting independence by supporting with a range of educational, social and work-based activities. 
Undertaking general housekeeping duties, plus elements of personal care. To be a successful Support Worker with Orbis Education and Care, you'll need:

A can-do attitude, resilient and reliable nature. 
Compassion and empathy. 
Enthusiasm to promote independence & choice. 
The ability to work flexibly. 
Previous care experience preferred but not essential.In return for your Skills and Expertise, you'll receive:

A salary of £22,290.45 to £24,257.87 based on 40.25 hours per week (days, nights and weekends)
