Parts Advisor (HGV)
Location: Avonmouth
Salary: Up to £31,200 per year (including shift allowance)
Hours: 45 hours per week - Monday to Friday plus 1 in 5 Saturdays
Shift Pattern: Week 1: 06:00 - 14:30, Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00
Contract: Permanent

Overview
An excellent opportunity has come up for a Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle dealership in Avonmouth. You'll play a key role in keeping parts moving smoothly to support workshops and customers. This role suits someone who's organised, reliable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

Manage parts stock and keep inventory accurate

Process orders and deliveries efficiently

Provide great customer service to internal teams and external clients

Handle parts enquiries and offer technical support when needed

Work closely with workshop staff to ensure parts availability

Keep the parts department organised and tidy

What You'll Need

Experience in parts advising, ideally in HGV or commercial vehicle sector

Strong product knowledge and quick to learn new info

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Organised, with an eye for detail

Basic IT skills and familiarity with stock management systems
