Project Manager - Data Migration (Oracle to Fusion)

We're currently supporting a programme looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a data migration from Oracle to Oracle Fusion, covering key business areas including Finance, HR, and Payroll.
This is a great opportunity to work on a complex, business-critical transformation programme, with a strong focus on delivery, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of data migration activities from Oracle to Fusion
- Manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
- Own RAID logs and proactively manage risks and dependencies
- Coordinate Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
- Oversee data migration lifecycle
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on data migration programmes
- Strong experience with Oracle and/or Oracle Fusion environments
- Solid understanding of Finance, HR, and Payroll data structures
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments
- Comfortable working across both technical and business teams
