* Role: Housing Compliance Officer

* Rate: negotiable

* Start date: ASAP

* Working pattern: 1/2 days on site

* 37hrs

Role duties:

* Site visits are not required therefore a HHSRS certificate is not an essential for this position

* Vast experience in issuing penalties and serving notices

* Knowledge around Private Sector Housing & Housing act 88
