The Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Structured Finance to lead the growth and delivery of our Structured Finance Services across BCMGlobal’s group of companies. This is a key leadership role, with responsibility for driving business development, managing client relationships, and ensuring service excellence across multiple European jurisdictions. BCM Global has several locations in the UK and Ireland, including offices in London, Ipswich, Belfast, Dublin, and Maynooth. You would need to be available to work in one of these locations on a hybrid basis and be comfortable travelling in to London on a regular basis.

What You’ll Do:As the Head of Structured Finance, your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and lead the structured finance business, ensuring top-tier servicing across a range of commercial real estate, development and infrastructure loans, CMBS, syndicated loan transactions, and facility and security agency services.
• Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive the growth of our structured finance services and expand our client base.
• Foster strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and enhance satisfaction.
• Lead and guide local structured finance servicing teams, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and best-in-class service delivery.
• Keep abreast of European market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains competitive and compliant.
• Actively participate in industry events and networking forums, representing BCMGlobal and strengthening our presence in the market.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 10 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a proven leadership background in structured finance or global banking.
• Deep expertise in structured finance products and services, with a strong track record managing commercial loan portfolios.
• Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.
• A hands-on approach to operational delivery, ensuring your team consistently meets client expectations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.
