🕒 Shifts:
* First 3 weeks: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday
* Then rotating weekly:
- Week 1: 6am-2pm
- Week 2: 2pm-10pm
You must be able to work both shifts
📄 Contract: 12-week Temp-to-Perm
About the Role:We're recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy polystyrene production site in Scunthorpe. A valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential, but please note - this is not just a forklift role. You'll also be expected to carry out a range of general warehouse duties and could be involved in machine operating as part of the production process.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading/unloading polystyrene products and raw materials
- Picking and packing orders for dispatch
- Stock rotation and inventory checks
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Supporting production and machine operating as required
Requirements:✅ FLT Counterbalance licence - essential (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
✅ Must be able to work both shift patterns
✅ Previous warehouse experience preferred
✅ Good attention to detail and safety awareness
✅ Reliable, punctual, and a team player
