This expanding company are a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Construction Managers located in Surrey.

This company are a professional consulting practice and undertake a wide range of work throughout London and the Southeast, including a focus on the 'high end' residential market.

Your core duties will typically include but not exclusive to:

* Regular residential building surveys, followed by accurate and succinct reports. (Minimum 4-5 years' experience).

* Specific inspections and building defects diagnosis.

* Project Management and Contract Administration.

* Preparing detailed Schedule of Works and Specification writing.

* Preparation of Schedules of Dilapidations and Schedules of Condition.

* Preparation of Party Wall Awards and acting as a Party Wall Surveyor.

Requiring an Experienced Senior Building Surveyor, who is well organised and used to managing their own workload. In turn, you will be provided a competitive salary (based on experience), a bonus based on performance and other benefits. The successful applicant will be a Chartered Building Surveyor with varied experience across some or all of the practices business sectors.

Successful Candidate Requirments:

* RICS Chartered (MRICS)

* To hold a full UK driving licence and own vehicle

* Minimum 4 Years Experience

* Good communication skills and a good understanding of English/grammar
