We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Planning / Operations Coordinator to join a growing trailer operations business based in the Grimsby area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in shipping or logistics who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating daily planning and operational activities
Managing trailer movements and scheduling
Supporting import and export operations
Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Assisting with compliance and operational efficiency

About You:

Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or transport planning
Understanding of customs procedures for import/export units
Knowledge of fleet management and driver hours regulations (desirable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a busy operational environment

Desirable (but not essential):

Transport Manager CPC (TM CPC) qualification
Experience working with trailer operations
