We are currently seeking an Assistant MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and well-established principal contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London. With a strong reputation for developing talent from within, this is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious QS looking to grow their skills and take ownership of exciting projects.

You'll be supporting the commercial delivery of a flagship commercial fit-out project in Central London for the next six months. Following that, there's a clear progression path to managing your own schemes with full support and training provided.

Assisting with procurement, cost planning, and subcontractor management
Preparing valuations, cost reports, and contract documentation
Working closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial success
Supporting with value engineering and cost control
Engaging in client meetings and reportingWhat We're Looking For:

1-3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally with MEP exposure
Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
£5,000 annual travel allowance
