We require a Senior Site Manager to run a £4m high end residential refurbishment project in Hampstead.

Our client is a high end residential contractor that specialise in super prime properties around Central London. This project is a large house that is being stripped out and fully refurbished. The project is expecited to go through to early 2022.

This scheme is starting soon and currently has 1 Project Manager and 1 Site Managers on the scheme. They are looking for a Site Manager who has a good eye for detail, understands high end residential and is able to work on top-end finishes.

• CSCS certificate or card required
• SMSTS and First Aid required
• Work hours 8am-5pm
