*

Work closely with colleagues, providing advice and support on AV matters.

*

Use company systems diligently (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Freshdesk, Teams).

*

Liaise with the commissioning team for handovers and post-install support.

*

A proactive team player with a passion for troubleshooting and problem solving.

*

A flexible approach to travel across London and occasionally further afield.

*

Strong technical knowledge of AV/VC systems and willingness to keep learning.

*

Professional, courteous, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

*

Good time management, record keeping, and attention to detail.

*

A strong sense of pride in representing the company in appearance and behaviour.
