This company are looking to hire 3 graduates into their entry level sales programme, with start dates in February 2023.

The Company

Established in 2015, this SaaS provider specialise in selling software that helps track performance, manage and motivate within sales teams. Focusing on supporting companies in the recruitment sector, they doubled their headcount in 2022 after a £600k investment.

With more funding set to arrive in 2023, they're all about expansion this year, seeking ambitious graduates that are seeking opportunities within business development.

The Role

Working as an SDR is a fantastic way to start your sales career. For a start, you'll be working with the senior sales team above you, learning from sales professionals with years of training.

Following your induction & early training, you'll start to reach out to prospective clients that could be supported by the software you're using, looking to build relationships with them and book further appointments for the senior sales team to come in and close. Given a variety of tools at your disposal such as Slack, Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, this role is your first step on a progression path that will aim to move you into a closing role followed by Account Management.

The role is fully remote, so you'll be set up with everything you need for a home working environment. There will be monthly meet-ups with the team in Birmingham.

What is the package offered?

£25,000 basic salary
£35,000 OTE

The key thing here is a desire to get into sales. There is no experience required, but it's important to be someone that has a clear understanding of why they want sales and what it can offer them.

In terms of skills, it's all about transferable skills you may have picked up through previous jobs, university experiences or other parts of life. If you're a confident communicator, not afraid to pick up the phone and build a relationship with someone, you'll be well on your way.

With this being a remote role, a good sense of organisation and self-motivation is required. Above all else though, resilience is key. Someone that can look past the no's and focus on getting a yes from a client will be key for this role
