Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Contract type: Permanent

Providing pragmatic and commercial legal advice to the business
Liaising with the business units and manage workload and expectations
Drafting and negotiating partner, customer and supplier contracts
Updating precedent contracts and terms and conditions as and when required
Leading and project managing matters relating to a contract, for example ensuring service descriptions, service levels, charges and other commercial, financial and operational matters have been approved by the relevant person in the business
Advising the business on the interpretation of commercial contractsKey Skills and Experience of a Legal Counsel:

Qualified solicitor of England and Wales (4-8 years post qualification experience)
General commercial or telecommunications and technology sector experience
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
Able to work autonomously and to handle numerous competing matters at the same time, effectively prioritising those matters and keeping the business updated in the process
Must be able to problem solve, identifying pragmatic commercial solutions to meet the requirements of the business
Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate at all levels of the business
