Are you a TUPE expert ready to make an impact?We are seeking a Senior People Advisor with full end-to-end TUPE experience – from due diligence and consultation to employee transfers and post-transfer integration. This is a high-impact role where your TUPE knowledge will directly shape organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support significant change activities, including restructures, consultations and TUPE.
- Manage complex employee relations cases
- Coach and develop managers
- Use data and insight to influence organisational design and workforce planning
You’ll Bring:
- Proven, hands-on TUPE expertise (essential)
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- HR experience as a Manager, Business Partner, or Senior Advisor
- Ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders
