My client is a small yet well established and growing IT Services company delivering IT strategy, solutions, services and support to broad range of clients across different sectors. Due to growth they have a requirement for a proven Senior Managed Services Engineer that will work as a senior member of the support team alongside working in projects and client consultancy, assessments etc.

As Senior Managed Services Engineer you will have a proven client facing MSP background with the ability to support and deliver projects in technology and solutions such as Windows Server, Azure, M365, intune, MDM, Cyber Security, Datto, Kaseya, Networking. The Senior Managed Services Engineer will alongside their technical skills have outstanding communication and client skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and consult with them. The role will also offer the opportunity to become a senior member of the team and become a team lead figure within technical team.

The role can offer some flexibility / hybrid working but will also require flexibility with travel to client sites (mostly Central London) and occasionally further afield.
