We have an excellent opportunity for a FAMILY LAW SOLICITOR to join a well established and highly reputable firm in the Reading area.

 The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years PQE.  However, applications are most certainy welcome from more senior solicitors.

Reporting to the Head of Family Law and/or Partners you will:

Manage a wide range of family and matrimonial work that will comprise of (but not limited to):

Division and separation

Financial  matters

Children Act cases (priivate law)

Advocacy - Non Molestation/Occupation applications

Co-habitation living together arrangements

Civil partnership

Mediation 

Collaborative law

You will be providing support to the existing Family Law Partner and develop your own case loads

You will also deputise for principals in their absence and ensure that urgent issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Your natural flair for development of the business will be utilsed and your paticipation in the promotion, development and marketing of the family law department 

As a fee earner you will be expected to achieve targets that are set with yourself and achieve revenue and business growth targets.
