You'll be leading the technical delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services across multiple projects - from initial design development through to commissioning and final handover. Expect plenty of variety, autonomy, and the chance to shape spaces that genuinely improve how people work and innovate.

Around 40 people, combining the expertise of engineers, designers, and project managers. Big enough to win complex projects up to £10m but small enough that everyone still knows your name. What you'll need

* Recognised qualifications in building services engineering.

* Solid experience delivering MEP packages, ideally in fit out.

* Confident understanding of compliance, health & safety, and local subcontractor markets.

* A relationship-focused approach - with clients, colleagues, and suppliers alike.
