About the Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-focused Copywriter to join our Sales Support team in Nottingham. If you are passionate about producing engaging marketing copy that continues to inspire both new and existing hobbyists and supports sales growth across our retail, trade and direct sales channels, then look no further.
Collaborating closely with a small team of editors, designers and copy approvers, you'll be responsible for writing clear and inviting product text, web banners, events copy, and point of sale material for our retail and third-party trade stores. Your meticulous attention to detail and organised approach will ensure all written copy adheres to both inhouse and external style guides, while staying true to Games Workshop's fantastic universes and IP.
We are looking for someone who not only has an excellent command of written English but who is creative and passionate about every project brief, no matter how big or small. Being thorough and adaptable will enable you to manage multiple overlapping deadlines with ease, delivering high quality work at pace without ever compromising on accuracy.
The ideal candidate will be able to convey ideas clearly, be experienced in writing compelling sales copy, and have a strong knowledge of the Warhammer IP. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO and accessibility trends is also beneficial.
