A leading property developer with a strong pipeline of residential projects is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee two major developments in Brentford and Reading.

About the Projects

Brentford: Conversion of an iconic office complex into over 250 high-spec residential units, with planning in progress for an additional 150 new-build apartments on the adjacent car park.

Reading: Large-scale residential scheme delivering several hundred units as part of a long-term regeneration project.

These are high-profile, multi-phase developments requiring confident leadership and a deep understanding of residential construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple contractors and teams across sites.

Ensure timely delivery of residential units to the highest standards.

*

Oversee budgets, procurement, programme schedules, and quality control.

Liaise with planning authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

*

Report progress and risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering large-scale residential projects in the UK.

Strong background in both new build and conversion/refurbishment.

*

Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
