Senior Quantity Surveyor OR Commercial Manager required for a Main Contractor

* Experience: 5+ years in construction activities

* Skillset: Materials understanding, cost management, contractual knowledge, communication skills, project management skills, software proficiency, problem solving skills, attention to detail, profitability impact, monitoring PTC's (CVR's), applications and budgets

* Salary band: £60-£90k

* Location: Commutable to office and sites when required
