Forklift Driver
Days worked: Five shifts, Monday - Saturday
Pay: £13.17 - £13.53
Hours: Minimum of 37.5 hours per week
Shift Times: Multiple start times, from 0500
Overtime: Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard rate
(This role requires flexibility, as end times may vary due to business needs)
Key Duties
* Operating forklifts to check, transport, and unload goods safely and efficiently
* Assisting on lorries by moving pallets
* Maintaining cleanliness in the yard for a safe working environment
* Complying with food hygiene regulations
Ideal Candidate
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (renewed within the last 3 years)
* Strong organizational skills
* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally
Important Notes
* This role requires manual handling and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
* Due to food hygiene regulations only one solid wedding band is permitted. No earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, make-up, strong smelling deodorants or perfumes are permitted in the production area
* Reliable transportation to the Tewkesbury site is necessary, as public transport may not align with shift times
