We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join a large, well-established care home delivering nursing, dementia, residential, palliative, and respite care. You’ll play a key role supporting the management team, leading the nursing team, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.

You’ll be:

• Leading and supporting the nursing team across shifts
• Driving high-quality care, compliance, and best practice
• Supporting staff development and mentoring colleagues
• Working hands-on with residents while providing clinical guidance

You’ll have:

• RGN preferred, but experienced nurses ready to step up considered
• Significant experience in elderly care
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care
