Design Manager - Commercial Fit-Out
Location: London
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 DOE

A leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Design Manager to oversee design coordination and delivery across Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial fit-out projects. You will manage consultant teams, review technical design packages, and ensure designs are coordinated, compliant and deliverable on fast-paced office schemes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Design Manager within a fit-out or main contractor environment

• Strong knowledge of Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects

• Experience delivering D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishment schemes

• Must have worked with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds)

• Strong technical design coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Degree qualified in Architecture, Design or Construction related discipline (desirable)
