Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist Band 6 to join the Therapy Inpatients team at Aintree Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake timely physiotherapy assessments on inpatient or reablement wards
• Determine discharge readiness, and physiotherapeutic interventions required.
• Parallel planning.
• Develop and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation plans.
• Liaise with hospital, community, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Support timely flow and discharge

Requirements:

• Relevant Physiotherapy qualification.
• HCPC Registered.
• Experience in an acute surgery setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient-centred care.
