We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team within the Pre-Prep Department at a well-established school in Woking. This full-time position will commence in September, offering the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Nursery Teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 2-5.
Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment conducive to the holistic development of young children.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, ensuring their well-being and progress.
Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational materials and resources.
Supervise children during outdoor play and other activities, ensuring their safety at all times.Qualifications and Skills:

Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 3 desirable).
Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
Passion for early childhood education and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Understanding of child development principles and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude.Benefits:
