My client are one of the UK's leading independent construction and property consultancies. Due to an increase in projects of the last couple of months they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Build team in the Liverpool office. 

The Liverpool office employs over 30 people so the successful candidate would be joining a vibrant office environment. The Liverpool office are currently working largley on commercial and education schemes. The ideal candidate will match the following criteria: 

• Degree qualified. 
• MRICS Chartered (or working through APC). 
• Previous experience with a consultancy. 
• Previous experience working on projects within the Built Environment.
