We are recruiting for a Trainee Pensions Actuary to embark on a rewarding career path with one of the UK’s leading independent actuarial consultancies. What you'll be doing:

• Liaising with clients at meetings, by telephone and by e-mail
• Monitoring deadlines and requirements on a portfolio of pension schemes
• Carrying out all types of actuarial calculations
• Drafting and checking standard and bespoke communications
• Supporting the Scheme Actuaries directly in all aspects of the role
• Helping to develop more junior members of the team.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience - from 2 years to 4 years, in a pensions actuarial consulting environment.
• Excellent communicator who understands how to express complicated ideas in a concise and clear way.
