A leading consultancy are looking for a Senior CDM Principal Designer, based in Manchester to come into the business, hit the ground and lead on a range of CAT A and CAT B Refurbishment projects across Lancashire.
This consultancy, can offer the Senior CDM Principal Designer a rewarding bonus structure, whilst also working remotely.
As the Senior CDM Principal Designer, you will lead on CDM activities within a wide range of projects and will also play a pivotal role in helping grow their CDM Principal Design division.

The Role
The successful CDM Principal Designer will be involved in limiating all CDM related tasks, during the early design stages. Working closely with designers, engineers, sub contractors and clients.

The Person
The CDM Principal Designer suitable, will have at least 3+ years experience acting as CDM Principal Designer or within Design Risk Management.
You will have a full membership with IOSH and/or APS (TechIOSH and/or IMaPS)
You will have a NEBOSH Construction or a relevant Level 3 equivalent H&S/NEBOSH certificate
You will have a confident personality, with the ability to liase with multiple sdtakeholders.
