Job Title:Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative

Location: Wokingham and surrounding

Salary: £35,000 per year + Company Van & Fuel Card

We are working with a leading Repairs and Maintenance Contractor in the Social Housing sector, and are looking for a skilled Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to join their team in Wokingham.

In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks in social housing. You will ensure all work is completed to a high standard, complies with health & safety regulations, and provides residents with excellent customer service.

• Carry out plumbing and multi-trade repairs/maintenance across social housing properties.

• Deliver work to a high-quality finish in line with regulations and safety standards.

• Provide professional and friendly customer service to residents.

• Use PDA/job scheduling systems to manage and complete assigned work.

• Previous experience as a Multi-Trader in social housing or a similar environment.

• Trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or related field (Unvented certificate desirable).

• Valid CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness certification.

• Strong knowledge of health & safety compliance.

• Confident using PDA/IT systems for scheduling and reporting.

• Full UK manual driving licence.

• Willingness to undertake a DBS check and drug/alcohol screening.

• No unspent criminal conviction
