About the Role

* Position: Production All-Rounder

* Location: Midlands

* Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Key Responsibilities

* Operate and manage various printers, including both flatbed and roll-to-roll types

* Set up and maintain finishing machinery such as cutters and laminators

* Apply hand finishing techniques to ensure high-quality outputs

* Assist in the production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards

* Support the team in handling different signage and print projects from start to finish

Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience within the graphics, print, or signage industry, specifically in a production environment

* Hands-on knowledge of operating a variety of printers and finishing machinery

* Competence in hand finishing techniques for detailed and precise work

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
