Experience Level: around 5 years PQEWe are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our clients thriving and well-established Finchley law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated individual to manage a busy caseload while enjoying a supportive environment that values professional development and work-life balance. ? Essential Knowledge & Experience required of Conveyancer:

• Minimum of 5 years residential conveyancing experience, including freehold and leasehold transactions, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages gained in a legal practice. The 5 years experience can include pre qualifying experience. 
• The firm are interested in Qualified Solicitors, CILEx Legal Executives & Fee Earning Paralegals

? Conveyancer Essential Abilities

• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
