At GAMA Healthcare, we're looking for Business Systems Improvement Manager to join us in our Watford office. You'll be responsible for the success of IT Business transformational projects within GAMA. Most of our IT infrastructure is outsourced, but you will become an integral part of our IT team and report to the Finance Director. What will you do? Project manage the implementation of new IT systems and processes Partner key stakeholder to ensure IT business transformational projects are delivered successfully within the business Maintain a "big picture" view of systems and highlight duplications and efficiencies Ensure relevant stakeholders are informed of the implications of new systems Advise business leaders on the best IT solutions by sourcing appropriate technology through capturing accurate requirements Support business leaders to create comprehensive business proposals, including time and cost savings Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers and the project team Effectively communicate across all functions, with people at all levels to enable business change Facilitate a smooth handover of projects to business as usual Ensure appropriate resources are allocated to the project Establish practices and procedures that work towards the continuous improvement of the requirements process What will you need? Significant track record working in a cross-functional role delivering business system improvement and change management projects In-depth knowledge and experience of Business Process Mapping methodology and techniques Excellent knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP) Strong analytical skills, keen interest in understanding business processes and outcomes with an innovative approach to problem-solving Effective communication skills and ability to engage with people at all levels of the organisation High attention to detail and accuracy, and a right-first-time mentality Ability to operate at both a strategic and detailed level when required Previous success working with external third parties and internal stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and deliver tasks on time to tight deadlines Enthusiastic, personable and energetic What will you get?
