Temporary Office Administrator

Pertemps are currently seeking a confident and proactive Temporary Office Administrator to support our client in the ST1 area of Stoke-on-Trent. This is an immediate start, lasting between 2 to 4 weeks, ideal for someone with a professional telephone manner and strong computer skills.

Duties of this Office Administrator role include:

Making outbound calls to clients in a professional and courteous manner
Handling incoming calls and queries
Updating and maintaining client records and databases
Providing general administrative support to the office team
Managing emails and correspondence
Supporting with document creation and basic data entrySkills and experience required for this Office Administrator role:

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Confident speaking with clients over the phone
Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous office/admin experience preferredDetails of this Office Administrator role:

Hourly rate of pay: £12.50

Monday to Friday - Office Hours
