My client are seeking a creative and technically skilled E-Learning for a 2-3 Month to create SCORM files for a learning management system that will replace face to face training. This home is home based with occasional travel to Client site in Warwickshire:

Key Responsibilities

Work with Stakeholders to understand Functional requirements for the Learning Management system.
Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand learning objectives and translate them into engaging content.
Use multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video, animations) to enhance learner engagement.
Test and troubleshoot eLearning content for usability and technical accuracy across platforms (LMS, mobile, desktop).
Maintain and update existing eLearning courses as needed.
Ensure courses meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and work across various browsers and devices.
Upload and manage content in Learning Management Systems.

Skills Required:

Proven experience developing eLearning content and digital training materials.
Experience with SCORM 1.2 format
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools
Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI and LMS integration.
Basic graphic design and multimedia editing skills.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with FCA and SRA regulations
