Key Responsibilities

* Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently

* Ensure personal and business sales targets are achieved

* Support new and existing staff with training and onboarding

* Record and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner

* Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment.
