Mortgage Advisor - Join Our Growing Team

Location: Manchester (Hybrid options available)

Salary: £28,000-£40,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000-£100,000)

Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent

The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients

Manage a steady flow of qualified leads

Build long‑term relationships through exceptional service

Work closely with our admin and compliance teams to ensure smooth case progression

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of lenders, criteria, and market trends

What We're Looking For

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification

Ideally 12+ months advising experience (CAS status preferred)

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

A proactive, positive, and client‑focused approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
