️ Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Education Project - South Wales

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor for an exciting new school build project based in South Wales (CF37). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established commercial team delivering a high-profile education scheme.

📍 Location: Near CF37 - Full-time site based (5 days/week)
📅 Start Date: ASAP - Targeting September/October 2026
💼 Contract Type: Freelance / Contract
💰 Rate: Competitive - Please advise your expectations
🗓️ Interviews: Taking place early to mid-next week

Key Responsibilities:

Managing all commercial aspects of the project

*

Regular cost reporting and forecasting

*

Managing sub-contractor payments

*

Handling and negotiating client change

*

Supporting final account delivery

What we're looking for:

*

Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS on new build construction projects

*

Strong knowledge of NEC or similar contracts

*

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

*

Ability to work autonomously on a live site
