Are you a qualified maintenance engineer with both electrical and air conditioning experience?
We are working with a leading facilities management provider, delivering maintenance and compliance services across a wide portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Yorkshire region. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their mobile engineering team.
🔌 Key Responsibilities:
*
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a range of client sites (retail, office, healthcare, and education).
*
Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and air conditioning systems (including split systems, VRV/VRF).
*
Conduct minor installation works, including new lighting, small power, and HVAC components.
*
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in line with H&S regulations.
*
Maintain accurate records of completed work using a mobile PDA system.
*
Liaise professionally with clients and represent the company positively.
📜 Requirements:
*
City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
*
FGAS Category 1 or City & Guilds 2079 qualification.
*
Proven experience in a facilities or building services environment.
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*
Full UK Driving Licence.
