Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This role involves working closely with classroom teachers to deliver tailored learning support, manage behaviour positively, and create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Experience supporting SEND learners in education or care settings

Confidence supporting across all primary phases - EYFS, KS1, and KS2

A proactive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships

Clear communication and teamwork skills

Passion for promoting educational access for all pupils
