NEWEST UPSCALE RESTAURANT IN SOUTH BAY LOOKING FOR TALENTED LINE COOK

 

Master Chef, Colin Colville at the South Bay’s newest upscale dining experience, Enrique’s Cantina, is looking to hire a talented and dedicated Line Cook.

 

With ocean and sunset views in South Redondo Beach, Enrique’s Cantina is a fresh celebration of contemporary Latin cuisine. It’s a place where you can slip out of the ordinary, take in beach living, gather with old friends, and make new ones.

 

Enrique’s offers a complete fine dining and upscale bar experience with ocean views, craft cocktails, ice-cold drafts, and creative culinary creations from regions stretching across Spain, Mexico, Central and South America.

 

Enrique’s Cantina has been showcased in both South Bay newspapers THE EASY READER and THE BEACH REPORTER.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO BECOME A LINE COOK FOR CHEF COLLIN:

 

3 Years experience as a Line Cook preferred.

Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume and cooking procedures.

California Food Handler Card

A passion to create amazing dishes every day and night

A desire to be part of the best culinary team in the South Bay
